Open The Doors: Paradigm's first two clinics opened to the world in July of 1995 in Midland and Odessa, Texas. The Midland location opened at 431 Andrews Highway, and was a small 2,000 square foot facility. This location provided excellent proximity to Midland medical facilities. The Odessa location opened in an office complex at 6010 Highway 191, Suite 150, in the quickly developing northeast corner of the city.

The immediate success of the first 2 clinics prompted an opening in Big Spring, Texas in November of that same year. The Big Spring clinic is a large 7,000 square foot facility located at 602 S. Main in the downtown area. This central location offered quick and easy access to the facility from anywhere in town. The Big Spring facility offers first class rehabilitation and a wide assortment of world class exercise equipment to the local community.

To meet area demand, a fourth Paradigm facility was opened at 405 S. Main street, Suite 400, in Monahans in November of 1996. This 2,800 square foot facility is centrally located in a small office block near downtown Monahans. The Monahans facility offers world class rehabilitation in a small town environment.

Moving Up: Growing demand and the need for additional treatment, exercise and office space led to the moving of the Odessa clinic in September of 1998. Paradigm's new centralized location at 701 N. Grant placed it near the major medical centers of Odessa. The expansive 40,000 square foot, 3 story facility serves as the billing and scheduling center for all Paradigm locations. Billing and technical offices are located on the second floor of the facility in a spacious balcony overlooking the 6,000 square foot fitness area.

Similar demand at the Midland facilty led to expansion in the summer of 2002. The new Paradigm Midland location opened its doors at 1002 W. loop 250, N. Suite A. Located on Midland's quickly developing Loop 250, the new Midland location is a sprawling 10,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. Featuring an expansive fitness center and patient area, the Midland facility provides world class services and equipment. Paradigm offers first class service without forgetting the quality and care that helped us become West Texas' choice in Physical Therapy.
