The Paradigm Physical Therapy Billing Department is available to answer your questions and concerns about any aspect of your billing while attending therapy. The billing staff is available weekdays from 8am to 5pm to meet your needs. Don't hesitate to call and ask questions about insurance, billing, coverage, or any aspect of your patient care. If you feel you need to talk to a billing staff member in person, our billing office is located at our Odessa location in downtown Odessa, TX, at 701 N. Grant. Please ask at the reception desk to speak to a billing representative.
